AI Invoice Maker is a professional invoicing application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
The short version: We do not collect, store, or share your personal data on any server. All your data stays on your device and optionally in your own Google Drive account.
📱 Data Stored Locally
The following data is stored only on your device:
- Company name, address, email, and phone number
- Bank account details you add
- Invoice history and generated PDF invoices
- App preferences and settings
- Digital signature and company stamp images
- Saved client and vendor profiles
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the Google Drive backup feature.
☁️ Google Drive Integration
When you connect Google Drive:
- We request only the drive.file scope — the most limited permission available
- We can only access files created by this app, never your entire Drive
- Your Google email is stored locally to display your connected account
- Backup files save directly to your own Google Drive — we never see them
- You can disconnect Google Drive anytime from the Backup tab
We do not have access to your Google Drive. Your invoices go directly from your device to your Drive. We are never in the middle.
🔒 What We Do NOT Collect
- We do NOT have servers that store your data
- We do NOT collect analytics or usage statistics
- We do NOT use advertising or tracking
- We do NOT share your data with any third parties
- We do NOT access your contacts, camera, or microphone
⚖️ Your Rights
Since we don't store your data, you have full control:
- Delete data: Use Reset All Data in Settings
- Export data: Use the Export Backup feature
- Google Drive: Disconnect anytime, delete files from your own Drive
